He might have caused it by pulling them out for repairs...if he never touched them since intial install then yeah that sucks.

Just did all of mine when i swapped in some Tigers.

i also notice if you get in a habit of grabbing it by the arm, you tend to grab it right at the connectors. all that said, my origional dji motors hade 2 bullets go bad, but both went on the ground, motor studdered instead of started.

Guys everytime you buy something with connectors you have to resolder them..! THIS IS A RULE>>!

Sorry, but I respectfully disagree, when I spend good money for something I DO NOT want to re-manufacture the item. DJI needs to get there stuff together.
