When to change motors/bearings?

Hi All,

Been looking for some info on this for a while but can't seem to find anything.

What are you looking for when a motor is getting close to needing replaced? And same with bearings?

Have about 14 hours on my Skyjib so starting to think about what parts (if any) I should replace.

Part of your pre flight should include a tug up and down on the barrel to make sure there is zero play. if the rig gets unstable at all, pull the props and ramp the throttle while touching each arm, you will start to feel a vibe there indicating what motor it is doing it. We also post flight using a laser temp gun and we record motor and more importantly for this problem ESC temps and they are logged..... we can see a problem there about when i can feel it in my sticks

It and keeping props ding free and balanced is the only real maintnance there is.

T-Motor recommend that the bearings are swapped out at 60 Hours on the Navigator range.
