It must be a small little battery for a small copter? You mention Microcopter, one will need to know the current of all the motors, then you can make a calculation. The current drawn by FC and camera, take it 100ma (It could be more or a lot less) The total current average Ta, and the battery Amp/hour Ba So the time you have to fly will be:-
Time in hours = Ba/Ta. You will have a fraction here, so just multiply by 60, that will give the minutes. Now you can select the appropriate Microcopter you can use? Hope this helps?
