UAV College Programs or Certification Camps Conus or Oconus for adults. Anyone know?

No idea, this is literally brand new, with most courses not even implemented in the current curriculum.

There's a few available, but not sure where. As for GI BILL funded, again, not sure...

I doubt there are any accredited schools or universities that offer a degree in UAV's yet. It more likely you could get a degree in Aeronautical Engineering that offers elective UAV courses.

They keep shutting down these programs with threat letters. there is aerial cinema classes by guys like Trent from Copter Kids, seen drone duds doing one, etc.

A lot of folks doing real uav work are trained and certified by company appointed reps to do so. I'm that guy at Aerial MOB. The rest that are long range uav are doing some sort of paid training out in the middle east, takes a year or two and they pay em something like $100k to go learn...
