TBS ESC's

Hi.

I am building a TBS Discovery.
One of the four tbs esc's has bec cabling, the other three only have the "control" cable.

Does it matter where i put the bec in the naza?

no, any port is fine. Your powering the flight controller with it. if it's naza or if theres a external bec then you bail the red and black all together
