I have checked the wiring about 7 times. Its just weird, This bird flew great for the past few weeks, no problems. Let her sit for a few days and BANG! I just un-installed the software and drivers and am re-installing. So far I have done the following:

1: re-bind the transmitter atleast 15 times
2: Changed the RX from a 6100 to a brand new spare 8000
3: checked each and every wire for damage etc......
4: Changed Computers
5: Changed USB Cords
6: Checked every setting and every screen on the TX
7: checked each RX by putting them on my TBS and re-binding - Each RX works fine
8: Download the firmware and updated numerous times. Interesting note: Firmware updates, blue light is on, system beeps during upgrade, software tells me to disconnect and reboot system, however blue light is still on! (Possible problem?)
9: I'm going balded!
10: When plugging battery to system, it beeps normally and then flashes red light, before I even connect the usb to computer. The second I plug the USB in it goes straight to CFG-ERR(8)

When you power up without the USB, you should see some red flashes, some amber, then some greens flashes at the end, I believe 4? Yes, after powering mine up, there is 4 green flashes to confirm diagnostics. What happens if you unplug all the ESC's? just in case one has gone bad?

Here's something new.... Just when I was getting the hammer to knock some "Act Right Sense" into the 550, she developed a case of okay I'll work things out and act right for now. So I'm going to put her back together and take her out for a test flight.
