Sweet. Where did you get the foam cut? We looked at the foam insert option, but found it quicker to get flight-ready without, as we can keep the props on. Would be a good option if we have to work abroad though.

Yup, built from scratch. Basically took an 8' x 4' sheet of 7mm ply and cut it in half to give 4' x 4', or 1220 x1220. The diameter of the jib is 1150mm, so it was just the right size. Thinking of offering bespoke-build service to other operators. They take a while to build - quite a lot of rivets
