Setting full/low thorttle on a quad's ESC's ?

I have a DJI 450 with NAZA gear on board. My problem is that despite a fully charged lip, it will only stay airborne for a very few few minutes. I do not have the voltage check system enabled.

I suspect that the ESC's do not know the full throttle setting, and have done the usual (for helis etc) of setting the throttle to full and then arming the quad, but it still doesn't appear to do the job.

Can anyone tell me how to set the ESC's up correctly ?

sounds like your battery is smoked. one flight using more than 80% kills em. if you ever charged lets say a 2200 mah pack and it took 2100 or more, you did it

dji esc's and simonK flashed esc's dont need calibration.

Thanks for that Kloner. I did try a few (older) lipo packs, but will try it with some brand new ones that have just come in and are currently on charge.

Glad to hear that the DJI ESC's do not need calibration though
Cheers
