S900 and XT60 Connectors on Batteries?

Is there any reason not to use XT60 connectors on the S900 (using an adapter for the XT/AS150) I've recently purchased 12 sets of 10400mah batts which are for my S800 Evo and i'd like to keep things interchangeable.

The motors are the same so i don't see why the S900 would be pulling any additional power?

I am using Y adapter to two Lipos with EC5's.. no issues.. prob @45amps in a hover but havent tested it yet

Cant seem to find anyone selling original AS150 connectors yet in UK.. have heard the cheap ebay ones dont fit very well..

I changed over to dual powerpoles on the S900. AS150 and the XT150 don't seem great to me, one of the AS150 fell apart after a couple days use.

electricflite has them I think but they're very expensive...

I have a Y cable for my 2x6000mAh lipos that connect to the AS150 and XT150 on the S900 as well as my S1000.

The S900 pulls 135 amps at full power. The XT60 is rated at 60amps. The XT90 would be a better choice and now you can get the sparkless XT90's.

Stay away for anti-spark connectors, junk!
These are the best i have been able to find, very nice and solid connection.
