Picked up AD8 HL EXT looking for another Dome

HI,

finally picked up my AD8 and I am a very happy and a nervous wreck postponing the next flight until there is perfect weather. The only thing I would like to change is the plastic dome maybe with a carbon one. I learned something new though yesterday that carbon is conductive so I am worried that the gps could be disturbed. Does anybody have an experiences with carbon domes ?

Nice set up BorisS. Know what you mean about nerves.. take it easy and keep her close until you are happy and your hands done shake!. I still get the shakes with over 30 hours flying time on my ADX especially in the wind.

I wouldnt advise a Carbon Hood, but how about a carbon look alike hood.

I will check both of them out, Combo of higher impact and carbon look would be great, especially after the tilt to the side i experienced today
