Tau Labs Not a multicopter, a mono one

Very briefly and it was fast which surprised me. If I am honest its not a nice flying experience yet. Waiting for better weather for more outdoor flights.

good stuff. the Yaw controll is working well to counter the prop tourque.
Did you add any trim in to help, or is the CC board doing it all ?

Tempting to throw a board on my Yak55 !

Welcome to MultiRotorForums.com!!
I just posted pics of a plane I'm building. The plan has been to have a CC board in there for straight up hover flight but it's a ways off as the plane hasn't been flown yet since I started its renovation.
It'll be fun if/when it ever gets there.

edit: didn't see your thread Gary before I titled mine!

That second video looks a lot better than the first one did. Coming along nicely, eh!??

Ah dusty bin, one crashed last week in Japan, converts fuel to noise. Had a very full and frank debrief about them last year from the Army here ;-)

Outdoor flying now

I want to get guidance control and GPS working on a flying wing and then I will try it on the ball!!
