Need help with Tarot FY680pro build

Trying to tune my Tarot 680 pro hex.
30amp opto ESCs
680 kv motors
Orange rx910
Naza lite w/GPS
Spektrum DX8

Although everything looks correct on the Naza lite software setup, the props don't all spin at the same speed.
At idle, only the odd props spin up, and have to push the throttle pretty far to get the others to spin up, but
it won't fly properly, and I've proved that. New props on order.

Any ideas or suggestions? Greatly appreciated.

I had heard of this before, first verify that all ESC are programmed equally, If they are Multistar they do not can be calibrated with the radio. Trying to do it will activate brake. Then if the problem still, just raise the idle speed one position.
