Naza - VU close to receiver

Hi all,
My F450 has been lying idle for a few months since I took my Wookong out of it for my S800.
Today I'm installing a Naza onto it and turning it into an FPV rig.
I've settled on the layout and ideally would like to place the VU-Led close to the receivers position.
Before I do, does anyone know if the placement of the VU close to the receiver will adversely affect my range or cause any other unwanted interference ?

Mine is about 3inches away no problems to speak of yet anyway.

Thanks suddenincline. Going to give it a try. Can always move it if it becomes a problem.

just because it's a switching regulator, wrapped mine in aluminum tape and shrunk wrapped over that again
