Naza Gimbal Pitch

I'd like to set the pitch on my flap knob on my DX8... I have an AR7000 receiver on the F550 I am flying with the Naza. I'm using a simple 2 axis gimbal... pitch and roll. Is it possible to assign the pitch to the knob, and if it's assigned... do I lose the auto-pitch from the Naza gimbal control and it becomes manual ? I read the manual but it's kinda sketchy to me at least as far as how to set it up. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Yes, your suppose to put it on a knob unless you always want to look forward only. Still stabilizes it fine.

I don't have any of it in front of me, but from memory you connect a channel to aux2, go into assistant and go to gimbal control, move the dial, lever or switch and you should see movement on the software. Seems you had to set the min max throws

That would be your X1 plugged into an open channel on your rec., then in your DX8's menu find "switch select", assign your knob to whatever channel X1's plugged into.
You'll have to turn on your gimbal control in naza assistant.
Hope your recovery is going well steve.
