MultiRotor used for historic bridge survey

We seem to continually come across new, real life, uses for multirotors and this is a good example

What took my eye was what was written on the back of the fluorescent jacket the pilot was wearing. You cannot see the last line of it so I am looking for suggestions as to what it should be .....
