labor day weekend fpv

OK kloner, you got my attention now!!! This footage is absolutely out of this world. What a range, freedom you say! As a former military pilot and a current private pilote, I must say that this type of flight is far more exciting that full size! I think the hook has sunk deep...

Nice job! Keep sharing the dream with us!

Thank you Kloner, what you do is absolutely incredible. I am sitting, watching and learning. Keep em coming, this is the ultimate trill!

Hey kloner I'm new to this and would like to have your input on a beginner setup for FPV I don't need it to go far out. I just want something to fly at my local club and parks. Any help or suggestions would be a great help. By the way I'm flying DJI F450

look at a 5.8 immersion 600mw transmitter, either a gopro out or a dedicated camera and a uno receiver. Get a nice set of antennas like rhcp cloverleafs for each. make sure your antenna gets up however you mount it

heres a couple of my favorites from the summer

no, you don't want that. It'd be great for a plane, linear polarized antennas

You want this, trust me

so from there is everything except what you view this on. monitor, goggles. got a prefrence? how big or how much you got after them parts for it? $50? $100? $300

edit******, i just saw that kit you picked out had the 5.8 duo, it is a great receiver, better than the uno i picked out above but a ton of money. With the distances your asking to get, way overkill but would grow with you if you ever got a lrs uhf rc control

Thanks for all the help I think I would start with what you recommended. Thanks for all the help kloner much appreciated. I think I will go with goggles to totally immerse myself.

my understanding is you want the dominators. They have more adjustment than predators....... so if you get goggles with a receiver, think runs $38, you can get a smaller helical antenna and ditch the big helical, ditch the uno, only difference is they get a little hotter inside....

That would look more like this list

cleaner, less crap, but totaly comitted to goggles that way...... without another $60 for the uno, then the antenna for the goggles would work anywhere

still with me? same stuff but different way of doing it. Your totaly wireless
