The basic kit has a 200mw. We have higher power tx in stock and can upgrade per request.

look into the fcc laws and you need disclaimers like crazy for all this gear...... over 25mw can get these guys a $10k+ fine without proper licensing

Yup, $10K fine if you don't have the $14 license. The test for the Technician class Amature Radio License is not difficult.
