they don't bind, they use channels like a tv set. that one has 8 i believe, the vTx comes standard on ch1, on uno, when you fire it up, wait for it's cell count beep thing, then push the ch button till you hear 1 chirp, that's ch1. the card your vTx was packaged in has the switch assignment that changes ch on it, then you change uno to match it if for some reason that one sucks or somebody else is using
