How to charge Zippy 20c series 3S 5000mA

Hi there guys,

I new at this stuff so i have really beginners questions.

I have a G.T Power Rc A6 Charger (from www.electronicarc.com) and a hava a three zippy 20c Series 3S 5000mA.

I already saw some youtube tutorials to learn how to charge the batteries but i didn't find or understand when do i need to spot.

The number that is going up on the bottom part of the screen should reach what number? And normally how long does it takes?

Can someone explain to me the basic stuff.

I don't know that specific charger, but most will have a setting for the cell type (2S, 3S, 4S etc), and will auto-stop when it reaches the 4.2/cell charge. Most will alert you to when it's done.

Did you hook up the balance cable? You should use this feature and when choosing which type of charge, you would choose balance charge. As far as the charging voltage, which is how quickly it's charging, you set it based on the size of the battery (mah). In your case it's 5000mah, or 5a - so to charge at 1C rate you'd set the charger to input charge to the battery at 5amps.
