I think I'm going to use this with my ZMR250 http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/...e_5_8Ghz_200mw_FPV_Wireless_AV_Tx_Rx_Set.html

also is there a better Tx Rx for cheaper??

I'm going to using my gopro and portable dvd player ground station Rig with this until I get a FPV cam and fat sharks. I believe what I need is a OSD module to wire into the Tx on the quad correct?

I heard this one was good http://blog.oscarliang.net/minimosd-micro-setup-naze32-pid-rssi/ and I was going to use it with my Naze32 and I can configure it with my computer to get the OSD how I want it

If all you are looking to do is get a video downlink you don't need an OSD setup. The gooro would connect direct to your VTX with a special cable (you'll have to see which cable the VTX needs) and that will communicate with the video receiver on the ground.

The OSD you linked seems to provide some connection to the Naze for tuning, as well as flight data. I'm not familiar with the Naze - but typical OSD is simply for displaying critical data on your monitor/goggles as an overlay.
