*Help* Propellers Keep Coming Off

The props keep coming off of my Tmotors after maiden flight. Brand new build, I put on extra washers and a lock nut but it doesn't screw all the way down. Props spin loose every time and fall off. Any idea on how to stop this? I have read about lock nuts. But the "lock nuts" I purchased don't go all the way down to the prop.

Would nylon be better? Thanks for reading

you can get half nuts. perhaps try them and cinch em down

I just used a regular nut and cinched those down onto the nut actually holding the prop onto the motor. With both nuts cinched down, I have never had a loose prop or one fly off. You don't need a specific 'lock nut' but just a 2nd should do. Hope that helps.
