Help please. I have a 230mm quad problem!!!!

Well i had a blade explode in flight and now the motor on the oposite side is not working! FML...what next. Well while i was writing this it dawned on me to check the wires on the flight contoller and boom the ground wire was cut completely thru. Haha well answered the question i had on my own

Wow, a prop should never explode. Lucky you weren't hurt.
Guess it must have had a crack in the hub or one of the blades.
Check your other props.
Had it been crashed previously?
Can you send a picture of it so we can see what might have happened?

Some of the cheap plastic props (hobby king) have been known to come apart mid-flight.

it was hobby king blades. it was about 100 ft up too. the naze controller tried to keep it up right but it hit hard. put new blades on it and now it flys again.

it happened after i was doing some light 3D
