Help me make my F450 fast and agile

Hi guys,
I'm kind of a newbee but I have been flying my DJI F450 for a while and just upgraded to a 550 for filming and this leavs me with a stock DJI F450 without FC (Moving the Naza to the 550) to make something fun out of.
I would like to make it a fast and agile quad for fpv use, but since I have only bought stock ARF kits I have no idea what motors, FC, etc. would make a good match for what I'm looking for. Should I go for 3s or 4s?

So your input on what I should build is much appreciated :)

Thanks,

If you can get your hands on an OpenPilot CC3D board, that will make it a little rocket (with the right motors & props). Very flexible.

try these

with either dji esc's or a simonk 40 amp esc, 9" graupner props on either naza, hoverfly sport or cc3d and it'll fly faster than you may want it to. Your better off upgrading to a frame plate set like a discovery to help handle the forward flight part of it.......

Thats not them motors, but them motors are on that rig now at my friends house that bought it. There really nice, i got the same size/brand in 770kv on my xy8 and its super smooth. Love them motors.

fly fpv in manual mode. DON"T use the stock props! Dont think you will need any faster unless you are a speed demon like Kloner. :)

Thanks,
I do fly in manual mode now but I feel that my stock 450 isn't powerful enough to do fast course changes like hard banking and climbing at the same time. I use Graupners 10" and 3s today.
So those engines will work with the DJI esc? Really nice video btw! Iv'e read a lot about Tiger engines and those are ready available here in Sweden, anything that can measure up to the Leopard? Is it around 960kv I should be looking for, and I'm guessing 4s with 9" props?

Are the cc3d boards hard/difficult to config?
Going to try to get it as light as possible, will only be carrying a gopro from time to time is the plan.

A lot of questions I know, but I do appreciate your time!

the tigers and leopards are similar in quality, price, etc.

4s will help speed you up, 8" graupners

cc3d can be tricky, if i wanted a board that flew manual best, i'd get a hoverfly
