I have been into radio control for more years than I would like to admit.
In my current collection I have cars and trucks ranging from 1/18 brushless through 1/10 crawlers and scalers to a 1/5 petrol monster truck, a couple of 1/24 tanks and a 1/16 taigen based tiger that is still in the building stage.
I used to fly helicopters many years ago and used to own a piccollo, raptor v2 and a eco 8 but I lost my flying site so let them go.
I was happy with my ground based rc till my interest got sparked by a mate who was wanting some advice on his multicopter.
Next thing I have a load of quadcopter bits coming from all over the world and a micro turnigy brushless quad sat on my desk.
As soon as all the bits get here I am going to build the 550mm sized quad but am already thinking about what to build next.
I am thinking either a y6 or a hex.
