Anyone know how to get a GoPro Hero 3+ Silver Edition to stop restarting after power on? Once power on the GoPro will just continually restart. It has 2.0 firmware. Tried to do the update but it just keeps restarting. If no SD it recognizes that because the screen says "NO SD" before restarting. I tried the hard reset where you hold down the shutter button while inserting the battery and turning the power on. Still restarts. If I plug in USB it recognizes it on the computer as well. Any help?

We can rule out the card because I've tried 3 class 10 cards. It's not the battery. Tried 2 other ones. Can't load firmware. Doesn't do anything different with card that has new firmware on it. I have started a claim with them but I don't have the receipt. The camera is less than a year old since GoPro didn't even release the plus models until October 2013. So it's under a year still. Wonder if they will take care of me even though no receipt.
