XAircraft First flight tests

Hi all'
I have finally got my Predator 650 airborne with T motor 3510 15 630kv motors,
T motor 13x4.4 carbon props, TBS 30A Bulletproof ESC,s, Spektrum DX8 and AR8000
and of course Xaircraft SuperX FC v1.08. It flies quite well in GPS and ATTI modes but I have one
problem in each mode.

In GPS mode whist hovering (at about 30ft) I struggled to get any left rudder to work but when I use right rudder its fine, then after using right rudder the left rudder will work ok again also the quad seems to want to point in one direction only, if I turn it with the rudder it will turn back to where it was pointing, could this be a gain problem or compass calibration problem as I was at a different flying site from where it was first
calibrated.

The ATTI problem is that it slightly pitches forward , most noticeably when I switch from GPS mode, the quad is pretty well balanced and I was wondering if this is a gain problem as well, though it does hold position very well in GPS mode.

Please post your black box log link, it is the most important thing for problem solving

As david said - best to post the black box.

But it's also good practice to recalibrate when you get to a new flying field. That will help eliminate any issue it may create.

Hi, I have the log file but I don't know where to upload it to as Xaircraft website is not working !

However I have found a loose screw on one of the arms and it is slightly rotating, and yep its the front left one !!!

going to get some thread lock as soon as I can... lol

Im sure this is one where it was struggling but now I know about the loose screw !

Advise if now you have fixed the screw you still have the same problems.

Observations from your BB, your gains should not be 65% high, why have you set them like that?
Your motors do not appear to be LEVEL, not balanced but level!

Report back if you still need assistance with the latest BB

My gains are at 1 in the software and are set to a knob on the transmitter and its only turned slightly to the right, I am assuming that this is positive though it says - in the bb now I have seen it

I will endeavour to set the motors Level before my next flight.
