anybody know where a guy can get a frame only for msrp? don't know why, everybody but foxtech wants $19 over msrp if they even carry it not arf..... but foxtech wants $25 to ship it.

Send Robert@UAVProducts.com an email. He carries them ARF and should be might be able to get you just the frame. I bought my ARF F550 from him, excellent customer service and quick to respond to concerns.
