Chris, I took your advice and bought a Skyjib 6 complete kit last night. I plan on canceling the S800 EVO pre-order today. Just curious what is the difference between the Skyjib 6 and the Skyjib 6 Titanium?

I've got a pre titanium XM8 and as far as I understand it, it has got titanium screws, different color theme and the vibration dampening is slightly modified. Not a big deal really...
But the guys from DW are perfectionists, you'll see when you open the box :)

PS: I am not related at all to Droidworx, but will score a few things for myself.....

Chris,

Which power distribution board do you recommend for my new SkyJib 6? I plan on using T-Motors MN4014 motors. Is the Droidworx power distribution board 8 sufficient or should I go for something like this?

I have been planning an upgrade to Droidworx for some time; this spring sale might just be the right time! Hopefully if I ask some basic questions dome kind folks may be able to give me some advice.

Do the older pre-Titanium frames fold down for transport like the newer frames?
I'm looking to carry primarily a GH3 for video work but I also own a Nikon D800E which I would quite like to get airbourne for high resolution aerial photography. I was thinking of the XM-8 as an ideal craft for the GH3, would this frame be stable/rigid enough to lift the Nikon D800 with say 3510 motors, 13" props and 5 or 6S cells?......or should I go for a Skyjib? But would a Skyjib be overkill for the majority of work with the GH3?

Sorry....somehow missed your post....

The Droidworx power distribution board is perfect....can handle the Amps and is a perfect fit on the frame. I personally will use the Gryphon PDB:

For me the best board out there with lots of goodies......

I was originally going to go with the gryphon board, but was advised that the ESCs would not fit well with it.
Also will the dome and crash cage fit well with it?
Do you have any images of the placement of your ESCs with that board, as I would really like to reconsider the board?

Good stuff....maybe you want to keep the DW power board for any other build in the future....its a good board.
