CS6 video at the lake

Ever gone out to fly and had one of those curious bystanders appear that just won't stop asking questions? I took the CineStar 6 out to a nearby lake yesterday, the first time I've had an opportunity to fly it someplace other than my yard, being mid-November in the northeast I knew it would probably be deserted. Sure enough when I got there wasn't a soul in sight, but not 2 minutes after I got in the air I heard footsteps, had company for the remainder of the 9 minutes flight time. The video is some clips from the flight and at several points I intentionally brought the CS in close with the camera pointing at us hoping that maybe the guy was camera shy and would go away, didn't work, he stuck like glue to the end...

This was the first time I've had the CS out where I could actually fly it and also the first time I've had the ATTI gains on a slider so I could try adjusting in flight. That was the main reason I wanted to get out to an open area, to try making in flight adjustments to see what worked best. There was a moderate wind blowing down the length of the lake so I had plenty of opportunity to keep making adjustments, I was able to go from sort of floating on the breeze to twitchy wobbles by either decreasing or increasing the gain from the midpoint setting of 75. Still have some work to do but it is possible to get decent video with a large multi using the WKM, it just takes a lot of trial and error before you get the results you want.
