Coaxial X8 Octocopter

Anybody here has a heavy X8 Octocopter platform? What are your Props & Motor Combination? Assuming using a 460kv pancake motors.

Im building a X8 Tarot 1000 with there 3 Axis Gimbal using 390kv motors and 15.5 props, I favour X8 all the way!...and Tarot's build quality is amazing!

"heavy" is relative, some people call 500gr payload heavy, others 2kg, others state that heavy lifting starts at 10kg payload. So what payload you plan to lift?

At least a Sony NEX 5n with two 6S 5000mah. Of course a 2 axis Brushless gimbal.

Hey there Kiilkiwikat, I recently converted my Tarot Octo into an X8. I noticed it dips from the sky when I make any kind of movement. Did you ever have this problem with yours? What props are you running?
