BNUC-s Operations Manual Help Wanted

I'm really struggling to get my head round the BNUC-s Operations Manual and putting it together, is there anyone out there that will help me do it on a paid basis?

What are you struggling with? It's a personal document really as to how you think you are going to operate safely and within the law and the control measures you are going to use to ensure it stays that way. I'm assuming you have completed your ground school with Euro USC, give them a ring they should offer advise.
