AntiCreep servo control for 360º servos

Interesting little device but, reading the literature on it, a couple of things to note:

- it is basically a "servo slower", also available elsewhere
- as such, a good digital servo should already allow you to slow the travel (e.g. Hitec digitals)
- suitable for standard voltage servos only: not suitable for 7.4V (HV) servos.
- it introduces a fixed deadband between 1400µs and 1600µs, i.e. the servo will not move at all for signals within that range! That's the "anticreep" feature!
- probably only useful if you have a really cheap, really bad servo on your pan axis. A better servo is probably a better solution!
