Alternative to SimonK?

I have syncing problems between sunnysky 3508 700kv and Hobbyking 30a blue series flashed with SimonK.
So I wonder, is there another software I can use to flash my esc's with to fix my problems?

Yes there is an alternative, the BLHeli firmware has been ported to the Atmel processor. Whether or not it fixes the high pole count synching problem I can't say but I do use the BlHeli firmware on some Silabs based ESCs I have and IMO it works much better than SimonK.

Holger, please report back. I'm about to set up so e sunnysky V3508-580kv and can not find any definitive answer to this pancake issue. I haven't even tried it yet - but with everything I've read the pancake motors can have an issue , but not for everyone. That makes it even more creepy
