A2 and WKM on 8s batteries

I know the manual recommends 2-6s but what is the max? is it 6s can can these flight controllers take 8s? If not, is there a way to get around this?

I had heard there was gonna be a pmu that was for high voltage.... other than that you'd be using a bec to step down teh voltage to the pmu and it will disable any voltage being correct on an iosd...
