    I use a Nex 5N, and find it pretty good.. Try to keep the ISO down to 400 or less, as I find it is a bit noisy at high iso, but keep the shutter speed up above a 500th if you can, to lose any vibration, (having said that I have had good sharp shots at a 250th).     Thank you all very much for your help..:-) Adding some forward movement appears to stabilise things greatly... I am gradually learning.... but I'm only just graduating to using combinations of stick inputs, rather than one movement at a time..!!!
