    4-Arm Helping Hands Soldering Tools

Helping hands solder tools with adjustable arms and clips to make those circular polarized cloverleaf antennas easier with more precision! The helping hands solder tool base is made from 1/2" thick aluminum, so it won't tip over, and won't burn from the solder. In addition, there is a non-slip...

    XAircraft SuperX XHex

Due to the very cold weather, I've just not been able to fly too much. When I did fly, the GPS with the SuperX OSD / FPV was great! I tried the autoland and I was amazed at how accurate it is. I've just purchased another SuperX system....now a Pro, and am building an X8 during the cold...

    AutoQuad 6 Flight Control Board

For sale is a lightly used AutoQuad 6 flight control board and everything needed to fly any type of multirotor. I've used this board successfully on one of my hexacopters this past fall and it works very well. It has never been crashed and has been fully protected at all times. I'm downsizing...

    XAircraft Tarot t810 Hexacopter Frame

I just use my eyeballs to look from the end of each arm and line up the motor mount flat with the main frame flat. I'm not sure that any additional accuracy would really do that much good :-) I mounted my receiver outside of this dome since I always want the diversity antennae to be at 90...

    XAircraft SuperX XHex

I've added a servo gimbal to my setup and the SuperX controller seems to do a very nice job of keeping the camera level from bench testing. Now I just need to get out and try it out. I'll post the vid here.... Ross

    XAircraft Tarot t810 Hexacopter Frame

I have 2 of AGL Hobbies (Rusty's) frames and mount the SuperX on a small platform to allow the ESC wires to come through the center. And if you break any of his frames, he will replace the broken components for free! http://www.shop.aglhobbiesllc.com/UAP2-V2-Frame-Packages/

    XAircraft SuperX XHex

I've got an AlexMos brushless gimbal on my other XHex with the AeroQuad 6 board installed, and it works well. Speaking of the AeroQuad hex.....it flies and behaves almost as well as my new SuperX hex, but it took A LOT more work to get it there. The AQ6 board has a very complicated calibration...

    XAircraft SuperX XHex

Yup! I was tired of not having any good protective dome options available, so I made myself a professional vacuum forming machine and some dome forms and starting making them myself. They are working out so well that I opened up a website (www.badgerfly.com) and now sell several sizes of...

    XAircraft SuperX XHex

Thanks Paul! I think that we upgraded from the Hoverfly days :-) I've flown this Hex now a few times with the SuperX and I am really impressed (like everyone!) with the holding ability. It has a STICKY spot in the sky and doesn't move a bit. I have a 2-axis servo gimbal that I will mount on...

    XAircraft SuperX Configurator Error

I had the same issue and message when I was using Firefox as my browser. I had to change to Microsoft Internet Explorer to get it to work. Seems like it is just an incompatibility with the browser..... Try again using Explorer and it should work for you :nevreness:

XAircraft XAircraft OSD.....worth the cost / any watchouts?

Drew - thanks for the feedback! My SuperX OSD had arrived yesterday and will install it this weekend in the way you suggested. Another, unrelated question - is it necessary to take the middle power pin off each of the ESC cables going in to the IO unit for SuperX? Thanks, Ross

XAircraft XAircraft OSD.....worth the cost / any watchouts?

Thanks for the pics, guys. I didn't realize the OSD unit was so big.....it is hard to tell the size in the store pictures. Also, your set-ups each have UBECs......are these supplying power to the SuperX or to the Rx or both? I haven't decided on whether to use one or not.

XAircraft XAircraft OSD.....worth the cost / any watchouts?

It would be nice to be able to customize the info on the screen. Or at least do like Skylark does and have a choice of 2 screens.......1 with lots of info, and 1 with very minimal info. I've ordered mine as well!

XAircraft XAircraft OSD.....worth the cost / any watchouts?

I just purchased a SuperX flight controller and am building up a new Xhex configuration for FPV flying. I've been using a Skylark Trace OSD on other builds, and have an extra Skylark to put on this new hex....but am considering purchasing the XAircraft OSD for simplicity. Any comments from...
