Just the ASTM F-38 requirement for STANAG manuals will be more than most people can afford. Remember the Puma being used in Alaska is in use under military surplus rules and comes with all the STANAG manuals pre paid for by the people during sandy wars. Can anyone say commercial advantage? World...

If the ruling keeps to the new schedule don't expect to use it until 2017, ATC has already asked for a six month training period should anything go through. At sUAS news we believe the man in currently charge is leaving in January and that will reset all the clocks again. Lets hope we are wrong.

Must have been pulled by Bart or moved somewhere else. Made up a little map of stadiums When TFRs are in force they should appear here amongst other places and if you fly APM will be on the GCS.

There are grounds to arrest you now if you are looking over the fence. I would have thought 1/2 a mile would have been better than 3 http://www.suasnews.com/2014/10/32109/new-faa-tfr-prohibits-model-aircraftrpas-flight-within-3nm-of-large-sporting-events/

Thanks guys, from the outside it looks very Alice in Wonderland over there. The real nub of your problem was the FAA's refusal to goto an international meeting in Paris in I think it was 2008 or 9 when the world really started working on common regs. Because they snubbed the rest of the world...

Here are Patrick's writings on integration and other things. http://www.suasnews.com/author/patrick/ Whats really needed now in the USA is a consensus safety standard for flying. So far it looks pretty shocking to the man on the street. Don't forget the other organization that is on the case...

Nobody believed RCAPA in 2007 when they said this was coming down the pike. Next question, what are you going to do about ASTM F-38
