I had the same problem,3 of my esc`s armed at the same time but one was a second or two behind. It flew ok until the esc that armed last decide to spin at top rev`s while I was flying it. Well she came down like a lead ballon. I changed over the slow arming esc and now she`s as good as gold...

I like a good ending to a sad story,the beast is back in yours hands with only minimal damage,nice. Most of us have been there with a fly off of some description,makes the heart skip a beat that`s for sure.

I have a quad with Avroto 2814 motors,motors and esc`s measure about 26-30 deg c after 20min flight.

I really like what you guys are doing over in RSA. I like what you have done with minimising vibration through using the rubber O-ring,good work there. I have done something similar using rubber fuel line hose,definite improvement in vibrations getting through.

Just a quick tech question. I`m looking at some motors on the HK site,they tell you how many poles the motors have. Is it better to have 16 or 22? What the difference in performance etc. cheers.
