What makes a slow fly prop a slow fly prop? Is it the length or pitch,or both? If it`s not the above then could someone explain it please.

I`ve just put a pre order in with Foxtech $190 minus a $22 rebate on check out for $168. Not sure why they did that but I don`t really care,it`s loads cheaper postal wise than buying from the US etc for us living in Australia.
