I don´t think the s1000 could lift a RED Epic, maybe a carbon dragon with leica lens, but maybe the Blackmagic 4K. I hope they make a Zenmuse for either of these cams and heard the same rumors. s1000 with the new light bridge seems to be an incredible setup. Greetings

The EVO has different motors, retracts, a vibro isolator and and a center core with more space for electronics. Most of that can be upgraded from the original s800. There is not a lot of difference in flight performance. Greetings

Hello, I´ve just built a setup like that for a client. You only can assign switches to channel 5 and 7. You set the 3 pos switch on the 7c to gimbal mode and another one of your favor for either shutter or rec. start/stop. Greetings.

I´ve sent my gimbal in for repair and got informed that something was wrong with the gains on mine which resulted in the jumpy motion. According to the very friendly and fast guys at DJI Germany this was easy to fix. Great news. Hope to get the gimbal back soon.
