    Best Batteries?

I have had two gens ace batteries fail in the last two months. They still did better than any of the nanotech batteries I ever had. I need some replacement 5s batteries and can;t find the Gens Ace in stock. Has anyone had luck with the 8000mah 5s nanotech? I am tempted to try a couple, but I...

Newb looking for someone to help (paid consulting) on my first RC FPV quadcopter

My Kid has a ladybird and I love to fly it. Stress free training. It is super fun to fly. I think this would be a great start. You will probably want to bump up to a TBS size fairly quick, but at the same time you can use the ladybird as a training tool forever. Order it, learn to fly and keep...

Newb looking for someone to help (paid consulting) on my first RC FPV quadcopter

Uh, sorry to burst your bubble but this is Not a great goal to have. This sort of flying, even if it is just hobby, is what is going to shut us all down. I am sure others will agree. We will all chime in and help if you honestly tell us you will go to a flying field away from people or even just...

    Hoverfly Hoverfly Gimbal Controller?

I am also having issues. When I power on, it levels the camera. When I move the gimbal, it stabilizes fine. But, when I give tilt input, it starts to tilt then roles all the way to one side. The roll will not respond to my stick inputs either. Anyone have anything happen like this?

Seasoned Pro looking for an awesome small rig ....ideas?

Obin, I am not sure how much you have been following the MR industry, but the brushless gimbals are just hitting the market. Gopro size mounts are coming on the market with amazing results. Way better than the servo driven gimbals, so be sure to look into that. I can't suggest a brand yet.

Hoverfly Finally gave the GPS board a try...

The freefly has some great features like dual receivers and built in OSD (already on the HFP). The price will be higher than others, but they will sell well if the features they advertise work from day one. They are vague in the actual functionality, which is probably smart to start with. I...

Hoverfly Finally gave the GPS board a try...

I just gave the GPS another try today. I have an external Mag. on an aluminum mast with the front of the mag facing exactly forward and the GPS antenna on the same mast. For kicks, I went through the same calibration process I use for an FPV quad I have with NAZA. Same two circles with it...

    Nab 2013****

I did get to see it at NAB. Sounds like they are still working on it, but do have high hopes for it. He is working with stepper motors which are more costly than brushless but have their advantages. Al did not have a price set yet. It will be run from their own stabilization unit so it is all...

    Hoverfly Hoverfly Gimbal Controller?

Anyone have time for a skype chat session to help me get my newly acquired HF gimbal set up on a 3 axis gimbal with continuous rotation servos.? I am just trying to get through the calibrations and the Accel calibration will only read the board when the board is at 45 degrees and not flat. So I...

Your Av130 is having pan issues even without going through RSGS right? So, you still need to try a new servo.
