Naza Assistant not downloading correctly to windows 10

This is an old thread from RCG that deals with Window related issues with NAZA Assistant drivers not being "recognized". The last two pages are very relevant: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1600967 I hope that this link helps.

    AVOID Hobby King!

Be persistent, professional, and polite. It can not hurt, and you do not have a lot of options except maybe going through the credit card/PayPal dispute process. I like everyone else I have had good and bad experiences with HK, but I have to post that all my disputes ended with a positive...

    what battery i am lost

MrW: That is the battery that I use for my build. When I used my KK2.0 version 1.6 flight control board, my build weighed in at approximately 1500 grams AUW with 9X4.7" props, 1000kV motors, and 30A ESC's and with that battery I got ~8 minutes of mixed flight flighttimes. Now with a NAZA...

    what battery i am lost

MrW: The battery you referenced the Nano 5000mAh weighs in at 409 grams. That's a pretty heavy battery, and it is rated for 35/70 (Burst) C. You would be better served with a battery in the 25/35C range. They are lighter and at this point I do not see the need for 70C battery with your...

Need your ideas about what has caused crashes

I would check the LVC (Low Voltage Cutoff) settings on the ESC's. They may be set too high. BTW: Welcome and nice videos.

    Fly Sky TH9X & F550 w/ Naza V2

The 9X is not the easiest transmitter to figure out and program and I have "studied" a few of those 9X manuals. Ryan- What you are describing seems to be a function of the 3DR firmware update. I had some problems setting up my 9X, but did not have the problems that you are experiencing. Can...

    Fly Sky TH9X & F550 w/ Naza V2

I agree. Make a new model and start over. You already have basic programming of the transmitter figured out.

    Kk2.1.5 problem

I am no expert on flight controllers, but as Motopreserve posted @ double the voltage for which that board is designed (4.8-6.0V) I believe that you "fried" your board.

    Fly Sky TH9X & F550 w/ Naza V2

http://rumblecloud.com/rumblecloudrc/index.php?topic=559.0 Ryan- The link above provides a step by step procedure in setting up a 9X to am NAZA M-Lite with GPS. I believe the setup procedures for both FC's are similar. You may find it helpful. I followed most of his procedural steps, but...

Naza mlite gps lock drifts but no toilet bowl effect

If/when an update flash is available for mlite it will probably "fix" the drift and will most probably have added geo-fencing as well which I can live with.

Naza mlite gps lock drifts but no toilet bowl effect

I also have the naza mlite with GPS. My build also will drift around in GPS "position hold" occasionally. My GPS lock seems to work better if I let the flight controller "warm up" a little longer after I get satellite lock. It also appears to be less of a problem with drifting with the second...

New study shows drones could be stressing out wildlife

I definitely agree. Responsible owner/operators will probably modify the way they operate their RC aircraft with any new knowledge about how their activities affect the world around them; irresponsible o/o's probably will not. There are certain areas on my property where I tend to fly...

New study shows drones could be stressing out wildlife

There are plenty of internet videos of wildlife, birds in particular; of attacking multi-rotor aircraft that invade their nesting and foraging territories. Responsible owner/operators of RC aircraft should not knowingly and willfully harass wildlife. There are federal laws protecting...

Wish List for regulatory outcome (US)

I heard/saw on the news and read a thread at RCG today about Amazon having made proposals to the FAA and other agencies for different "drone zones". I think it is proposing a high speed drone delivery zone from 200' - 400' and a commercial/local and recreational use zone limited to 0' - 200'. I...

Naza Dance and still nothing, and no Satellites

Jason- Welcome to the Forum. More information is needed about your setup so the membership here can help. Before you modified an existing unknown brand flight controller's programming on your aircraft everything worked. You changed "parameters" on your flight controller's initial set...

    K-Index?

I do not really worry about it myself. My interest in this K- index is driven by my weather geekiness. I probably would not fly on those "High Coronal Mass Ejections" event days, but they are always reported in the news media nowadays.

My quad crashed again.... For no reason

What size battery, what brand ESC's do you have ,and did all your crashes happen at about the same point in time flight-wise? It could be the ESC's LVC's (or one of them) are/is set too high, but I am certainly no expert on ESC's nor their settings. There can be many reasons- bad solder...
