Had my 500X spit a prop blade yesterday whilst hovering at 200 feet FPV. You can see the blade fly off quite clearly in the GoPro video before the quad spirals into the ground. I had always thought that the Gaui props were pretty good (they seem well balanced), and had never had this happen...

I had the same thing happening with my F550 and gaza... turned out I had the M1-6 slightly wrong. I would unplug them and plug them back in 1-6 correctly just to be sure. Solved my problem and it was exactly the same as your description.
