I think you need a little controversy from time to time just to liven things up a bit. There is a lot of experience across many platforms here, and people work a lot better if they can bounce a few ideas off each other. No body minds if DJI get a little bashed up when they are not perfect.

I did see that problem with one motor. It was resolved when I completed the whole ESC programming task. Could have been a wrong start mode, brake or something like that. I think is it for sure in the ESC.

I see in your video that you have a small amount of vibration which I have also seen on the S800 I am working on that to find a solution.

So long as you don't change the balance then it should initialize and calibrate OK. Be sure to keep all of the cables clear of the pan axis. When its in FPV mode then the pan axis will lock onto the models heading.

Just follow the instructions in the manual. The initialization will not complete unless the can bus is connected and the WKM IMU. Also the camera should be turned on before connecting the battery. You should see the VDU display after that. Set Nex-7 display to so 1080i. Sounds like you did not...

Ed I think the conformal coating is a good idea because ESC's are notoriously unreliable if they get damp or accumulate dust etc. they can even fail if the wrong solvents are used to clean them. Dust is a major problem in Cyp.
