Dig a little deeper guys... I am an LLC and couldn't get my current underwriter who covers all my gear to cover the SkyJib. They wouldn't cover an accident even if they did write a policy. Look into a UAV/UAS aviation policy from someone like TransportRisk.com I now have a separate policy...

I think the only distinction would be that if they own it they don't have/need to hire someone to come in and do the job. They may be avoiding the commercial side of the law by becoming owner operators.

I believe netgear has a model that you can configure as a repeater...there are probably several others also... Daisy chain a few together and you can create your own WAN. Ben, did you like the Microlite? Pros vs. cons?

Microlite HD system from nebtek.com. I've been approved for a demo of their unit which they have assured me will work out to around 1500'.. Pricey though @ 20k

When I bought mine in February I only got a set of black and a set of red. Novalee mentioned they would be getting some stiffer mounts but I never followed up. Are the yellow stiffer than the red? I'm currently using the black set.

So that mount doesn't allow the "rock the cradle" effect?
