MM so I wonder why my software aint seeing the upgrade, even If I click info it says everything up to date... Maybe a removal and a re-install is in order. Wasted to many hours on it today so Ill try again in the morning.

Andy I DONT WANT TO USE FUTABA! the quality of TX is absolutely pants compered with the DX18. IF THEY - DJI had built in telemetry then I may have been tempted but they didn't.. Just a total wist of space and resources to build in a futaba RX in the 'MOST ADVANCED' flight controller!

ED did you bind one or two satellites? At what frame rate 11 or 22 ms? is the satellite you bound JUST DSM2 or Both DSM2 and DSMX? Dave

NO STILL DONT BUY ONE! The latest so called instructions for binding to DSM2 Spektrum systems does not work. THIS IS PANTS DJI GET IT SORTED AND WHERE IS TGHE SBUS COVERTER????? at least then we may be able to use one of these things with Spektrum TX equipment WHY OH WHY WOULD YOU BUILD...

Although DJI have included a new bit in the new quick start guide for binding the Spektrum satellites top the new A2 it still does not work with the satellites that came with my DX18 or in fact any Spektrum radio I have. It does not say if ALL Spektrum satellites are compatible. NOR does it...

Thanks Andy. Seems like there's a new firmware and in the release notes it says compatible with DX18 so hopefully inwontvhavevto buy even more bloody kit as a guinepig! Dave

Looks like there is a new firmware to get over this released today!!! And new instructions in the new quick start guide. Shame it was not included before inorderedca Futaba. The question now is what about telemetry? How are we supposed to linknteletetry modules like the TM1000 so we can see...

I'll go check that out and send the new Futaba back if it works!

No they aren't big enough and are only really designed for 800g or so. Saying that I have flown a 550D many time on mine. If you want to fit a 5D then it would need to be the AV200. Bomb proof kit. Dave

Ed are your satelites JR ones.. could you send me a link to them. All the Spektrum ones I have I think are DSMX, not sure if they will work Andy suggested the older spektrum ones may but not sure where to get then from SO how many channels it total can you map? Dave
