Geoff, its easier for YOU to show me the law that says I have to!!!!! The council cant show anyone that law, all they can show people is the statute that says they have to collect council tax! Baliffs are the biggest joke ever, I had one on the run last year, especially when I started charging...

Blacksails you're 100% correct with the difference between a person & a human & how admiralty law (statutes/acts) only apply to a peron & NOT a human. Here's a video of a man called Guy Taylor, trying to do a magistrate for breaking laws against him...I know its off topic, but if nothing else...

Impressive Daniel, as I was watching your video a thought went through my mind....when you were above those solar panels...what a bad place to have a power failure ;) Well done mate, caught that place nicely. Ross

    4S Battery Question

    I use 4s nano's 4000ma 35-70c. 1 or 2 have very slightly puffed (by a few mm's), I carry 4 at a time on my octo & get about 10 mins flight time!!!! Ross

There is no law that says you have to pay tax!!!! same as there is no law that says you have to pay council tax!!! Too many have been duped by the powers that be...it all boils back down to money, one rules for the poor & no rules for the rich! Ross

As I said Dave, I'm not against doing any test, but I don't know how they can justify £1500...for after all something that is a big boys toy! The BMFA certificates cost NOTHING....just proves to me it's all about money & keeping us poor people from advancing in life. I can see many problems...

As I pointed out before, I'm not digging, running anyone on here down, just the corrupt BNUC & CAA. why do they accept the BMFA heli A cert (which I have), but have now decided not to??? Because they are taking back handers from the BNUC!!! What does CAA stand for? Civil Aviation...

hahahahaha what planet do you live on Bowley????? this is Devon...there is NO money here my friend. I would NEVER recoup £1500 from the S/West of UK. You hyave missed the point as well Bowley. As I said to Dave, what makes his MR aicraft anymore safer than mine? If I'm putting my camera gear in...

So what makes your quad/octo/heax/Y6 more airworthy than mine? It's the same as an MOT...its only valid for 24hrs, same as the doc you get from BNUC-s. As for flying over people...what makes you more qualified than me Dave?...£1500, that's what! It's alla con, I will continue to operate without...

Very true MF. The only time I go above 200ISO is shooting in a church, especially when the bride looks so good ;) Ross

Sadly you are right Dave...but there are ways around it. One thing that always makes me laugh about the BNUC-s is that they give a license & many then see it as an excuse to fly over people & property...I see the videos & photos all the time, so it puts the safety bit out of the window. A few of...

Denny, I'm not here to argue with you either...we all shoot things different ways. I always try & shoot with the lowest ISO possible & NEVER go above 200!!! 99% of my photos end up on pub & club walls throughout the world. I am luckier than most on here as aerial photography is not my main line...

No problems Denny, take your pick:- http://www.facebook.com/#!/media/set/?set=a.40451100790.73026.658455790&type=3 Some where shot with a sigma 24-70 F2.8, but the majoirty with a soft Canon 28mm F2.8 cheapie lens, so not the sharpest on the edges. All shot at 100 ISO & 1/400 - 1/640th second...

1/1000 or 1/2000....I normally use 1/500 or 1/640, I find that to be plenty. I keep my iso on 100 as I prefer higher quality, especially if the end result is going top be scaled up by as much as 600%! Ross
