I am using Black Pearl which I have attached to my radio using a Joby Ball head originally made for a Gorilla tripod. I just drilled a hole on the body of the receiver and used a standard tripod circular bolt from inside. It is perfect as I can tilt it to the best view. I will post some photos.

Could be compass magnetic declination? I have not used A2 but the front arrow of the compass should be rotated cw or ccw to compensate for the declination.
