I have never set up an MK, but if it's anything like all the other MR's I've built, you can put it in heli mode with the 90degree swashplate setting. This was the way I had to set up my DX6i in order to get a throttle curve (no TC in acro). Not sure how the DX7 is, but it can't be to much different.

Have you checked that you do in fact have video coming out of the GoPro? I had a hard timing getting that config & cable right. The one I was using was backwards and actually used the red wire inside instead of the normal yellow. Just a thought. Good luck getting it going, and let me know how...

Try moving it around some with it still connected and see what happens? These gyros may reach a point after sitting still for so long that stops the drift problem. If it still holds after that I would power it down and reconnect to see if the problem comes back.

What kind of flight times are you getting with that set up?

Yup, I'm thinking DJI with Avroto motors, 30amp esc's, 11inch props & 4s batteries. That should get it in the air with no problems.

Denny, I would steer clear if I were you. They make a decent frame, I'll give them that, but that's about it. The fact that they released this product with these props says one thing. Unless you use SBus.. then you can get 8 motors + 2 axis camera adjustment.

I finally got a little time in with the sport quad this weekend. We just moved and this is my new flying field. I'm happy to finally have a garage to work on things, and a nice field close to the house.
