I have done two like this and it is absolutely a no brainer. Just center and clamp an X650 bottom plate on the DJI bottom plate, and drill the holes. One screw ends up close to where you have to solder but it doesn't hurt anything. Bill Davenport AMA 28141

I do use threadlock, but you have to be careful with the plastic parts as it will weaken them. I put a small drop on each screw, then dab it on a paper towel to absorb most of it, then insert it. I use the Pacer brand blue loctite, medium. Bill Davenport AMA 28141

I just placed an X650V bottom plate centered on the bottom plate of the 550, and marked the holes. I saw no problem with the traces so I went ahead and drilled. I have several flights now and itt works perfect, no problem. Don't worry about it. Bill Davenport AMA 28141

The stock esc's don't work with the wkm. I think the wobble is because of me playing with the cg settings, trying to get wobble-free flight. That Z axis is a bugger to try to guess! Bill Davenport AMA 28141

I'm noticing quite a bit of oscillation in descent, wasn't bad in the video but seems to be worse every time I fly? Any ideas?

Way I read it, if it's above the center it should be negative.
